How to switch between dealerships
Change the active dealership when you have access to multiple stores in an organization.
If you manage more than one store, you can quickly switch the active dealership without signing out. The portal scopes most pages — Conversations, Leads, Inventory, Settings, Knowledge Base — to the dealership you currently have selected.
Switch the active dealership
Click the dealership picker in the top navigation bar (it shows the currently selected store name).
Start typing to filter, or scroll the list to find the store.
Click the dealership you want to switch to.
The page reloads with data for the selected dealership. Your selection is remembered the next time you sign in.
Work across multiple dealerships at once
Some pages — Analytics dashboards, Leads, Reach reports — support a multi-dealer picker that lets you select several stores at the same time:
Open the multi-dealer picker.
Tick each store you want to include, or click Select All.
Close the picker; the page refreshes with combined results.
Multi-dealer mode is read-only. To edit settings, knowledge, or agents, switch to a single dealership using the regular picker.
Tips
- Keep an eye on the picker before making edits — it's easy to update the wrong store's settings if you've recently switched.
- Org Admins see every store in the organization. Users only see stores they've been granted access to.
- If a store is missing from your picker, ask your Org Admin to grant you access under Settings → Users.
