How to update your profile and notifications
Edit your personal details, change your avatar, and choose how DealerAI notifies you.
Your profile controls how you appear inside the portal and how DealerAI notifies you about new conversations, leads, and assignments.
Update your profile
Click your avatar in the top-right of the portal.
Select Profile.
Edit any of the fields below and click Save.

| Avatar | Upload a square image; appears in conversation threads |

Configure notifications
Open the Notifications section of your profile to choose how you're alerted:

Tick the channels you want for each event, then click Save.
If you use the DealerAI mobile app, enable Push notifications for fast alerts when you're away from your desk. Push works on iOS and Android.
Change your password
From your profile, open the Security section.
Enter your current password.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Click Save.
Sign out from all devices
If you've signed in on a shared computer or lost a device:
Open Profile → Security.
Click Sign out everywhere.
You'll be prompted to sign in again on this device.
